This term Year 3 and 4 have been looking at magnetism. We did an experiment to find out which materials in the classroom were magnetic. We tested, metals, paper, wood and plastic. Our prediction was that the metals would be magnetic but the other materials would not be. After the experiment we decided that we were partly correct with our prediction. The materials that were not made from metal were not magnetic however, not all the metals were magnetic either. Iron, brass and steel are magnetic however aluminium is not.
Quick reminder that it is PE for everyone today (Thursday) due to timetable change (this week and next week) Please could all children bring their PE kits today.
